      • Shipping Method: Shipments include tracking numbers and utilize reliable domestic carriers.
      • Transit Time: 3-9 business days once the item has shipped. Delivery windows may extend for remote provinces, territories, or during high-volume holiday periods.
      • Support: If your tracking status shows delays or a missing delivery, please contact us at sales@steelwear.ca so we can open an investigation with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.

       

      SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES
      • Processing Time: 1-4 business days.
      • Shipping Method: Shipments include a tracking number and seamlessly transfer to USPS once the package clears customs.
      • Transit Time: 4-8 business days once the item has shipped. Please expect potential extensions during major holiday seasons.
      • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to sender due to an address error or failure to retrieve a package requiring a signature, please contact sales@steelwear.ca to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply). In the event of a delivery failure caused by an error on our part, we will issue a full replacement or a refund.
